When an adult visitor chooses to start admissions chat or request follow-up from the family guide, Redeemer saves the submitted conversation, contact details, school interests, page source, and campaign information in its staff-only admissions inbox. Family-guide results can be viewed without sharing contact details. Optional AI help is clearly labeled and requires a separate opt-in; messages may then be processed by OpenAI using published school content, with contact form fields excluded. Please do not share children’s names, birthdates, medical details, or private student records. A secure conversation cookie allows this browser to resume chat for up to 30 days. Ending chat on this device removes that browser access; it does not delete the school’s inquiry record. Contact admissions@redeemer.net with questions about your submitted information. Follow-up permission is for your inquiry, not a marketing subscription.
